Had never used M&B previously, called a competitor first due to close proximity but they were non responsive (despite several calls and messages) so called M&B. Super professional even for a small, special order like mine. Great service on all accounts. Will always use these guys regardless of being further from home.Thanks so much M&B!!

We ordered two Surian Noosa doors from this company. We paid for the doors in full the end of October 2021 and finally got the doors delivered today 11th May 2022 to find the doors were not constructed correctly missing the profile on one side of the doors. The service we received has been absolutely appalling from start to finish. They just pass the blame from one person to the next taking no responsibility for their actions and there is a severe lack of communication. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY.

Purchased 3 doors (standard item with plenty of stock in store) that ended up being wrong for what we needed. Returned within a couple of hours of purchase and was charged nearly $70 in re stocking fees. My mistake for not checking doors but still pretty rough to cop

Our experience with The M&B started with advice from our painter during reno of home but we cannot give a good report of the company and sales team as they did not provide a professional like service. When asked for the manager to contact us that never happened as well. Their contracted carpenter who did the work for us tried to speed up the process of replacing door handles the were the incorrect size but the whole process took over 4 months to replace all of our door handles.The product is good, service is not professional. We thank our carpenter, if not for him we would still be waiting.

I just wanted to say how happy I am of the work of Mike O'sullivan on the installation of my front door. I had previously had them installed by another carpenter and it was a disaster and I am now currently going to court about them. Mike was fantastic. I have dealt with a lot of trades people being owner builder and he was AMAZING. Words do not justify how good he is at his job, along with making sure the customer is happy. The doors look great. Fran Sepe in the Sales Department was fantastic also! She answered my millions of questions and provided me with a lot of help. Thank you very much.
